Michele C Williams, CPA
Michele is a 1990 graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Business Administration and a minor in Management Information systems. Michele began working in the accounting department at Magnolia Federal Bank in 1988 and after graduation became a staff accountant in 1990 and when she left in 1998 to start her own firm, she was one of the assistant treasurer's.
Michele is a Quickbooks Proadvisor helping clients set up, implement and troubleshoot Quickbooks and has various experience in accounting, auditing and management services.
Michele is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Stanley X Lewis, Jr. CPA
Stan is a native of Ruston, Louisiana and received his B.S.B.A. and MBA degrees from Louisiana Tech University as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
Stan provides tax research, planning and compliance to individuals, C-corporations, LLC companies, S-corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and non-profit organizations. Additionally, Stan has extensive experience in financial/tax planning and analysis.
Stan has been a practicing CPA since 1977, a practicing Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)since 1990 and a practicing Certified Cost Estimator-Analyst (CCEA) since 1984. He has taught accounting, management information systems, and other business courses for over thirty years at several universities.
Stan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Society of Cost Estimating & Analysis, and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
